Piercings for minors.
Minors must have a parent/guardian present with:
Government ID for each of you (school ID acceptable).
Birth Certificate or guardianship paperwork
(No Exceptions)
If you or your child do not have proper identification, your appointment may result in a service charge for the services booked and/or a rescheduling fee.
