You must be 18+ years of age with valid government ID for all piercings.

Minors must have a parent/guardian present with:

• Government ID for both (school ID acceptable)

• Birth Certificate or guardianship paperwork

  (No Exceptions)

Jewelry purchased elsewhere will not be able to be used during initial piercing appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour mark, you will be charged a labor fee for the services booked.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late it may result in rescheduling and/or a cancellation fee.

If you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged a labor fee for the services booked.
